Dinner buffet includes our fresh Market Salad with house made vinaigrette, fresh baked cheddar-thyme biscuits with butter, sodas, iced tea, & coffee.

Choice of two Dinner Entrees & two dinner side options $20 per person

Choice of three Dinner Entrees & two dinner side options $24 per person

Children $10 (age 4-10, under 4 are free)

(Room fees are included with the Dinner buffet)

Carolina Pulled Pork – spiced rubbed, slow cooked with smoke, hand pulled pork shoulder topped with our house mop sauce

Roasted ½ Chicken – dry rub of spices, smoked, then deep fried and cut in half

Smoked Sliced Brisket – house smoked with a spicy rub then sliced thin & basted with our house mop sauce

Baby Back BBQ Ribs – rubbed with spice, slow cooked with smoke, char grilled and finished with our sweet and smoky BBQ sauce (cut into 2-3 rib pieces)

Black Bean Enchiladas – House mixture of black beans & spices folded with rice, Enchilada sauce in corn tortillas and topped with melted Gouda cheese

Grilled Salmon (gluten free) – 5 oz. fillets prepared with salt and pepper *(you must order an exact number of fillets for your event)*

*Please note in order to confirm your party’s reservation a signed contract will be required two weeks prior to the scheduled date. There will be a minimum sales requirement for parties held, $1000 for Friday night, $2500 for Saturday nights, all other nights $500. An 18% gratuity will be added to all checks.

Unfortunately, we do not offer off-site catering at this time. However, we do make large carry out orders with 72 hour notice
